An event website that looks like you, edited live
Your website is generated along with your event. Waiv's visual editor then lets you adjust every text, section, and color, no technical skills required. You see the result as you edit.
Direct editing
Edit your website exactly as you see it
Click an element to select it, double-click a text to fix it in place. Every component also comes with advanced settings: image, link, colors, alignment.
Sections can be added wherever you want, from ready-made templates: hero, highlights, team, FAQ, contact, gallery, video, countdown, call to action. You reorder and delete them in one click, and the AI can also suggest custom sections for you.
AI assistant
Describe the change, the AI applies it
"Add the day's schedule" or "make this section more understated": the assistant edits the content, finds or generates images, and can adjust colors and fonts. For a precise touch-up, target a single section with "Edit with AI".
You stay in control: every AI change can be undone with Cmd+Z, and everything it produces stays editable by hand. You can also attach a reference image to guide the result.
Brand consistency
Your colors and fonts, applied across the whole site
The Design panel gathers the site's visual identity in one place: your brand colors, suggested font pairings or font-by-font choices, corner rounding. Every setting applies instantly across all sections.
A button switches the preview between desktop and mobile, so you can check both formats before publishing.
Publishing
Publish when you're ready, on your waiv.events address
Your site stays in draft while you work. When everything is ready, you publish it on its site.waiv.events address, and you can open it to search engine indexing depending on your plan.
The SEO tab brings together the title, description, favicon, and social sharing image, with a preview of the result in Google. On the published site, the registration button opens the form created with your event.
How it works
The website is generated when you create your event. The editor is there to make it yours.
- 1
Open the editor from your event workspace
The generated site takes center stage, with the AI assistant and the Design and SEO panels alongside.
- 2
Adjust the content
Fix texts by double-clicking, add or reorder sections, or describe the change to the AI assistant.
- 3
Match the design to your brand
Colors, fonts, and corner rounding are set in the Design panel and apply across the whole site.
- 4
Get ready to go live
Fill in the title, description, and sharing image, then choose the site's address.
- 5
Save and publish
A single save covers content, design, and SEO. You switch the site to published whenever you decide.
Your event website deserves better than a rigid template
Create your event, then shape its website to match your brand. Visual editor and AI assistant included.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know how to code or design?
No. Everything is edited in a visual editor: texts are edited directly in the preview, and advanced settings go through simple forms. The AI assistant handles broader requests.
Can I undo a change, including one made by the AI?
Yes. The editor keeps an undo history (Cmd+Z) that covers your edits as well as the AI assistant's. You can also revert to the last saved version in one step.
Does the site display well on mobile?
The editor includes a mobile preview to check the result before publishing. Full editing happens on desktop; on mobile, you browse the site and go through the AI assistant.
What is the published site's address?
Your site is served on a site.waiv.events address. You can customize the end of the address and open the site to search engine indexing, depending on your plan.
Is the site connected to registrations?
Yes. The site's registration buttons open your event's registration form, with its custom fields. Attendees register without leaving the page.
Is it free?
Waiv offers a free plan to create your event and its website, with usage limits. Plan details are presented on the homepage.
